We were only in the room to sleep as we were in town for a wedding, but the bed was really comfortable, and amazing pillows! The host was accommodating and very friendly. Definitely recommend ☺️

Log burner lit in dining room for a cosy start on a winters morning. Smart TV in guest lounge with Netflix. Guest Kitchen so guests can pop a bottle of wine in fridge and a pizza in the oven.
Hi I'm Jo. My family and I moved from Liverpool into "Charnwood" almost 30 years ago and opened the guesthouse in 2004. I love Shrewsbury and running this small bed and breakfast. I will do my utmost to ensure my guests have a comfortable stay. We added a guest kitchen a few years ago, to make it easy for solo guests to enjoy a night in without having to go out and eat alone. They can pop a bottle of wine in the fridge, a pizza in the oven and watch their favourite movie on Netflix....all part of the stay!
Opposite Shrewsbury College and Origins Restaurant.
