Hosts were very welcoming and everything was well organised. The house and the room were clean and comfortable. Shared facilities (shower, bathroom and toilet) were more than enough between two rooms. So yes, I was really happy with my stay at Cherry Garden B&B!

This is one of those places that is clearly making a big effort to look after you. Everything was spick and span and the welcome was warm and friendly. It's perfect for an overnight stay before a morning Eurotunnel trip, with breakfast available as early as 4am (though I didn't put that claim to the test). The full (veggie) English was definitely worth the extra fiver.

I was over the moon to discover this wonderful B&B. It was a last minute decision after a channel tunnel delay. Sue & Angelo couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming hosts - despite the last minute booking and me inadvertently setting off my car alarm ( it was late) 😬Extremely comfortable room, fabulous breakfast and stunning garden. I was in no rush to leave despite a long drive ahead of me. I cannot rate this lovely family B&B more highly 😃

Great place to stay extremely welcoming, nice room and if you’re travelling by motorcycle a secure garage. The owners are hugely welcoming and go over and above to make your stay a good one. The garden at the back is lovely and a great place to relax with a beer.

Located in Folkestone, 2.1 mi from Folkestone Harbor and just a 10-minute drive from the Channel Tunnel, Cherry Garden features a restaurant and free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site and there is a large garage for motorbikes.

    It is not actually en suite, but the toilet and bathroom is two steps outside your room door.

When staying at Cherry Garden B&B you will notice the difference, as we go that extra mile to ensure our guests want for nothing. Just 10 mins to the shuttle and 15 mins to Dover port. Each quiet room has dressing gowns and slippers to relax in after your shower, a hair dryer, flat screen TV with a collection of DVDs to watch at no extra charge. Tea and coffee making facilities, with additional speciality teas, and hot chocolate. As many of our customers are booked onto early morning shuttles, we serve breakfast from 4am, be it the included continental or our full English breakfast. Our large attached garage is a hit with our many customers with motorbikes, no need to unpack! Easy parking for cars in our quiet road outside. What makes us different is the fact we also serve evening meals. After a long tiring journey we understand you really don't want to go out again in search of a meal. Our two menus offer both light bites and a la carte meals cooked especially for you. Check out our Facebook page to make your mouth water. We believe in putting our customers first, that is why many return to us time and time again. Just look at our reviews and rating! We have two cats.

Please be aware if you have a cat alergy that we have two friendly cats. Poppy and Daisy. They are not allowed in the guest rooms and shut downstairs at night. While every effort is made to keep any stray hairs from getting into the room from outside through the air, we cannot guarantee this. So please keep this in mind when booking.

The bed and breakfast is situated in the west end of Folkestone, which is considered a very safe, quiet and up market area. Folkestone west railway station, with direct services to London, is a 10 min walk to Cherry Garden. The town and sea front is a 10 min drive away or a 25 min walk. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, and a shopping mall. Down by the harbour there are shell fish stalls, tearooms, pubs, restaurants and a safe sandy beach. Take a walk along the Leas or meander down the pretty cliff pathways to the seafront, where you will find a children's playground. There are fossil beaches to explore, golf courses and many more attractions for all the family.
