Cherry Lodge is ideally situated at Allerthorpe Golf and Country Park with a 9-hole golf course With a luxury cottage style feel to the lodge, open plan lounge/kitchen and boasting two bedrooms with the master having an en-suite Spacious decking complete with luxury hot tub and outdoor furniture
Cherry Lodge is opposite Allerthorpe Lakeland Park with water sports activities and adjacent to Conifer Fishing Lakes where you can fish! It is surrounded by open countryside and walks and close to the beautiful East Coast with the famous towns of Filey, Scarborough, and Whitby or the cliffs at Bempton, famous for the sea birds. It is the perfect location for a trip to the beautiful historic city of York, only 15 minutes away, to spend a day in York or go to the famous York races. With a wealth of history on the doorstep visit the stately homes at Castle Howard, Beningbrough Hall, Sledmere House, or Burton Constable. Visit the pretty market towns of Malton (Yorkshire’s Food Capital), Beverley (arrange a guided tour of the Minster roof), or Helmsley with Duncombe Park. Visit Pocklington, only 1.5 miles away, and book a show at the award-winning multi-arts venue or visit Burnby Hall Gardens.
