  • Hi is the family room got a no e view as our dad has dementia and loves to sit look out as long as it's not at the back looking onto a buildings. We are hoping to come this Wed to Friday a couple days rest. Does the hotel do gluten free food or cereals. If not my sister can bring her own breakfast cereal. Many thanks Helen Anderson is there disable parking nearby. Is the town centre nearby sorry is there many stairs to climb for dad thanks

    Hi the large family room has a better view on to the road the other is on to the roof, we have gluten free macaroni, fish chips chicken burgers etc also for breakfast we have g/f cereal, we have a large car park & not to many stairs, hope this answers your questions

  • Can you see the Northern Lights from where you are located? If so, when is the best time to visit. If not, do you know where in Scotland one may see the Northern Lights. My guess is that it is not far from your location. Thank you in advance.

    Hi You can see them better near Nairn -Findhorn, high view point is best and a clear sky, best time would be mid October- March

  • Are you still serving evening meals or what time do they stop? As we have booked a room tomorrow night

    Hi, We can still serve food and non alcoholic drinks in the restaurant to residents after 6pm, best to book a table when you arrive. We can however serve alcoholic drinks outside in our Beer Garden, which is under a marquee.

  • What would be your earliest breakfast time please. I have just booked for three nights next year, one morning my husband needs to leave early for a bike race. Thank you

    During the week Monday to Friday is 7am, Saturday is 7.30am and Sunday is 8am. Although if you let us know on arrival we can arrange an earlier breakfast, something like toast, cereal, yogurt.
