He set the tone for all his staff who were very helpful. Excellent location opposite Gunnersbury tube. Very short walk to Kew Gardens. Modern and spacious bathroom. Larger than other hotel bedrooms we have previously stayed in London. We eat out but food looked great!”

“For us the location was very good because we were working just down the road. I would add that given the circumstances e.g. covid lockdown it is difficult to rate some of the questions fairly but you could click and collect food from the kitchen which was very good”
