Churnet Reach is a luxury self contained 4 poster suite with its own private entrance. Luxury that you would expect from a 5 star establishment. Both the hot tub and kitchen are situated inside cabins for that luxury feel. Robes and slippers are provided for use whilst using the hot tub or sitting in the outside alfresco area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to cook that special meal. The bathroom comprises of a walk in shower with rainfall head, sink with mixer tap, toilet and a washing machine. Hotel quality bedding, towels, toiletries, hairdryer and bottled water are provided. We provide a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, cream and milk. There is hanging space with wooden coat hangers provided, along with bedside cabinets for extra storage. Iron and ironing board is available on request. A trouser press is provided along with a luggage holder, a floor standing fan, hairdryer and holder. A 50inch, flat screen, remote control TV with Sky is provided. Outside there is a private seating area with a table. Off road parking at the front of the property is free of charge. Only 20 minutes drive from ALTON TOWERS theme park.
Steve and San welcome you to Churnet Reach. We hope you have an enjoyable, relaxing stay. We both take great pleasure in meeting and greeting our guests, striving to provide everyone with the ultimate with hosting experience. We have travelled to many countries and have used these experiences to build our own holiday let which includes many of the luxurious features for our guest's comfort. During our 'free' time we both enjoy a ride out on Steve's motorbike and we also use it for holidays. We look forward to meals out with friends and family. Probably top of the list would be DIY as most of the work at Churnet Reach we have undertaken ourselves. I, (San) enjoy floristry, baking, DIY and gardening.
Churnet Reach is situated in the lovely area of Churnet Valley, Cheddleton, Leek. Churnet Valley is often referred to as Little Switzerland. Churnet Valley Steam Railway is within easy walking distance, as well as The Boat, which provides food and drinks with an outdoor seating area if the weather is good. Walking, cycling, mountaineering, water sports are close by. Within a short drive you will find various shops, markets, eateries and places to drink. There are three golf courses within approximately ten - fifteen minutes drive.
