The location near the theatre district and within walking of main attractions, city centre, pubs and restaurants is fabulous. The staff were inviting and friendly. very nice lounge and business centre on the second floor. The rooms are very funky but small.

Citizen M is a nice hotel. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out process. Rooms comfy, maybe a bit too warm, couldn't make it any cooler. Bar area super funky. Didn't use any of the breakfast facilities, but looked to be fine.
