  • The room is for my daughter and her husband. They have a baby of a few weeks old with her own cot - is that ok?

    We are more than happy for guests to bring their own cots for their babies! We do have some available free of charge that we can place in the apartment before arrival but, if guests would prefer their own they are always welcome to do so.

Based in the vibrant heart of Milton Keynes, City Apartments offers fresh, comfortable and convenient serviced apartment living. As one of the leading serviced apartment companies in the region, we have the hospitality experience that competes with any Hotel chain, while offering more space, great rates and a home, not just a room. Check in is 14:00 and check out is 10:00 We do offer to extend these times however, this comes as an extra cost. For an earlier check in this is 10 GBP per hour from normal check in time. The earliest we can offer 12:00 For a later check out we charge 10 GBP per hour from normal check out time. The latest we can offer is 13:00. Please be aware if not previously booked a later check out with City Apartments, for every hour the keys are late we charge 20 GBP per hour as this delays the daily running of the business. A deposit is required before checkin, depending on time of year, the deposit can range between 150-250 GBP depending, please contact the office for further information regarding the deposit.

Public transport links are conveniently nearby, as well as major motorways so you can get from A to B with less hassle. A good selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs are within easy reach, along with parklands and open spaces for when you want to get a little closer to nature. Key collection is from the company Mailboxes ECT, Ground Floor, Elder House West, Milton Keynes, MK9 1LR The apartments are located at either The Hub or Vizion which is a 5 minute drive form key collection. Please note not all apartments have balconies. Balconies MUST be requested, if not requested they may not be provided. Balconies are subject to availability on request only.

The City Apartments MK Ltd office is manned from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 17:30 and is closed at the weekends and on bank holidays. Please be aware payment is taken immediately after booking. You will receive a reservation confirmation directly from the property outlining key collection codes and apartment location 48 hours before arrival. If you do not receive this email, please contact the City Apartments MK office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to ensure that you have all of the vital access information. The apartments are located at The Hub and Vizion complexes. Please note only 1 free secure parking space can be allocated per apartment. Please be aware parking is underground therefore has a height restriction of 6.9 feet. However, there is public parking next to the apartments. Only those people listed on the Booking Form may occupy the apartment. The number of people permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available. A form of ID will be requested before your arrival. Property only accepts valid Driving License or Passports as a form of identification. The ID is for age verification, your booking may be canceled if ID is not received by midday on the day of arrival. The ID must match the lead guests name and the credit or debit cards name. If a different name is presented on the payment card, ID may also be requested for proof the cardholder is happy for you to use their card. If the ID does not match the lead guests name and the credit/debit card provided City Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking.
