  • Hi there, I'm a bit confused.. In my search I specified a family room 2×adults and 2×children age 6 & 8, and it's offered me a family room with 1 (extra large)double bed. Do families of 4 all sleep in the same bed? Not altogether unusual in our house to be fair.. Please advise, Best regards..Clare

  • What’s the best room for a good view?

    The best guaranteed view would be on our King Master Suite which has a view of the River Thames. The rest of our available room types will have a variety of views including the hotel's front, rear, sides as well as inner courtyard.

    Unfortunately we do not have a clear view of the NYE Fireworks from within the hotel. However, we are a short distance away from the Thames and along the riverside where you can enjoy a view of the fireworks.
