The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and nicely served. The kippers were particularly good and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the pipes in our en-suite and the Reception staff were excellent, arranging for it to be fixed straight away. The Reception Manager Kaye was especially delightful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her, thank you Kaye, we will definitely visit again. The restaurant Coast was also excellent and we had a lovely meal one evening. A good choice and beautifully presented by the chef, a really good standard.

  • do you have lifts to upper floors. suitabllity for reduced mobility guests?

    We can confirm that we have a lift to the bedroom floors. Please also kindly note that due to the original architectural features of the Claremont, we advise that it is not suitable for any guests requiring mobility assistance or street level access. The property has a number of external steps to access the hotel entrance, as well as internal steps to the upper floors, including the access route from the lift to bedroom corridors.

  • are there lifts

    We do have a lift in the building, however there are only 2 rooms per floor near the lift and few steps to the rest of the rooms.

  • Does the room have a seaview

    I am sorry to say that the Classic Double room doesn't have a sea view. Our only room type with a view "SEA VIEW" is our Business Club Promenade and all the other room types are all back facing.
