Immaculate 2 bedroom ground floor flat overlooking Clarence Square. Unbeatable location - quiet residential square only 300 yards from beach, next door to main shopping, Churchill Square and the Lanes, the i360 and only 12 minutes walk from Brighton railway station Enjoy relaxing in Clarence Square with the birds, trees and grass or enjoy the hustle and bustle of the shopping, high street and the enchanting Brighton Lanes. It's only 300 yards from the Seafront and all that offers! The flat is newly renovated, with comfortable beds (two small singles in one room, kingsize double in the other), large 55" smart TV, beautiful leather couch, fast WiFi, washer/dryer, full kitchen with all utensils
Benji is a busy doctor and Leah is a history teacher. The property is run by a professional cleaning company, the excellent TMG Holiday Lets.
