  • During covid are your spa facilities open?

    Thank you for your question. During this time our swimming pool is open, with restricted user numbers. Unfortunately our spa pool, steam room and sauna remain closed.

  • Do you have disabled rooms and is breakfast included

    This rooms is not a disabled room and it depends which package you have chosen if Breakfast is included or not, but Breakfast can be added at the cost of £10.00 per person, per day.

  • Any there any rooms suitable for a small mobility scooter?

    hi, thank you for your question. i believe you can fit a small mobility scooter into some of our ambassador rooms. perhaps you could send us the dimensions, or make and model of the scooter and we could confirm. when are you thinking of staying? I should also say, that we dont have full 'accessible' bedrooms or 'wet' rooms.

  • Hi, is there access to the pool, if I booked on 24th - 25 of April.

    Our Swimming pool is re-opening on 12th April with the Gym, However the Steam room and sauna and jacuzzi pool will remain closed until 17th May 2021 as per government guidelines
