JerseyEverything we needed and more! Excellent communication with the owners, very quick answering any questions you may have. Lovely welcome pack on arrival with essentials and treats. Very comfortable beds, 2 of which could were zip link beds so you could have superking or twin, this was very useful. Very clean modern and tidy. Lovely little garden to enjoy a glass of wine. Would definitely return!

3 Bedroom Semi Detached House Close to Train Station, Mayflower, Cruise, West Quay Spacious semi-detached house with free Wi-Fi and 4K 55" Smart TV close to the City Centre, Mayflower Theatre, Cruise terminals, Southampton FC, Ageas Bowl, West Quay shopping and a huge selection of top bars and restaurants easily reached by foot. Easy access to motorways and public transport and only a short distance to family attractions such as Paultons Park with Peppa Pig World and the beautiful New Forest. The house has a spacious open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, creating a great social space. The living area has a large sofa bed and small seating area to relax and unwind. You have use of a large 4K 55" flat screen smart TV which has complimentary 4K Netflix so you never need to miss you favourite shows. High speed Wi-fi comes as standard. The modern kitchen comes with a cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine and overlooks the large garden at the rear of the property. There is a dining table to enjoy your meals in comfort and there is also a coffee seating area to relax.
The property is within 5 minutes of the Mayflower Theatre, 15 minutes of Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World, 5 minutes to the O2 Guildhall, 5 minutes to the Sea City Museum, 5 minutes to the West Quay shopping complex and only 7 minutes to Ocean Village overlooking the open sea. The actual house is situated on a residential road so you have the best of both worlds and we ask all our guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level. Quiet hours are between 23:00-07:00 and strictly no parties.
