The view out to sea and the use of the balcony was the best thing about this apartment. It was also very roomy and warm.

  • When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

    Thank you for your question. We are located on the Isle of Wight, just off the south coast of England. The weather is generally good May until mid September although we can never quite predict things. Most guests now keep an eye on the weather forecast and book a few days ahead once they know its going to be sunny.

  • Is the pool open all year?

    The hotel swimming pool is available for guests to use whilst the hotel is open. Usually the hotel is closed from around the second week of December until the second week in January, this is subject to change.

    No, our apartments do not have en-suites - there is one shared bathroom.

  • Do you expect a dog

    Hi, you need to telephone and inform us if you would like to bring your dog - this has to be agreed by us. Bookings made via a third party channel, such as this, cannot bring dogs.
