Position on the island was very convenient and a picturesque part of the island with a quaint pub a short walk away. The heating is very efficient and the wifi good. My dogs were made very welcome and enjoyed the big garden.

Excellent value for money, clean, warm and comfortable. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets, so really handy. Peaceful and relaxing, we had a really enjoyable stay. My husband forgot his keys and Amanda the owner posted them back to us the same day, so we got them next morning by special delivery. Very kind. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

This lovely cottage is in a beautiful countryside location, quite close to the beach. It is surrounded by attractive gardens and there is plenty of parking space. The inside of the cottage is very pleasant, sparkling clean and uncluttered. TVs are available in the bedrooms as well as the lounge! There are two super bathrooms with electric showers. We were able to visit various parts of the island easily from the cottage. Amanda is very friendly and welcoming.

Located in the village of Brook, the Clock House Annex offers free Wi-Fi throughout and free onsite parking. It is just 10 minutes’ walk from Brook Beach and 1 miles from the Isle of Wight’s south-west coast.

Overlooking the surrounding countryside, the self-catering cottage offers a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, washing machine, microwave and a refrigerator. The living area has a 32-inch flat-screen TV.

Set within nearly an acre of gardens, the Clock House Annex has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, along with a second twin bedroom. There are 2 ground floor toilet/shower rooms.

The Clock House Annex is less than a mile from Brook Beach, which is popular for kite and wind surfing. Compton Beach is set in an Area of Outstanding National Beauty and can reached after a further 10 minutes’ stroll. Central Newport is 8 miles from the Clock House Annex.
