Well placed for access to the West End and the City, there are four stations, frequent bus services and a regular river boat to Greenwhich, Canary Wharf or Westminster. Refundable damage deposit
A GBP200 damage deposit is required 7 days before arrival (about USD253.84). This deposit will be fully refunded 14 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged GBP 45 per stay in a crib.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The minimum age for check-in is 21
Comfortable Waterloo Home accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: Please note that a deposit of GBP 250 must be paid before arrival. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
The full amount of the booking plus the security deposit will be charged at the time of booking.

A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about 253.84USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
