It was a lovely stay the kitchen and games room was such a great addition and breakfast included was just so great, room is a tiny bit small but that's a tiny thing overall omg it was perfect. Hosts perfect when we saw him and to contact and call if needed no problem. Will 1000% stay again.

Our fantastic guesthouse has been recently refurbished to the highest specification with your comfort in mind. You can expect some unique style and décor, with everything provided to ensure a Comfy-stay. We are a small local business offering luxury holiday accommodation at competitive rates. We have excellent facilities to ensure all of our guests have a positive experience during their stay. Free High speed internet access, smart TV's and complimentary tea as well as use of our fully equipped kitchen available for your use throughout your stay. Check out our games room with free pool table, bar, darts and free-play retro arcade machines. We take pride in our properties and ensure they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. With intimate local knowledge of the area we’re more than happy to offer advice on day trips, restaurants, walks and activities. We aim to provide everything that you could possibly want, but we are available should you need us at any point during your stay. If we don't hear from you then we'll be confident that you're enjoying our fantastic home and all that South Shields has to offer.

South Shields is a coastal town located at the mouth of the River Tyne and is the oldest and largest town in South Tyneside. It is one of the region’s most popular seaside resorts but is also famous for being Catherine Cookson Country. Ocean road is ideally located in the heart of the stunning South Tyneside coastline. The beach, funfair, parks and town centre are all within a very short walk. We are spoilt with mile upon mile of golden sands and an abundance of historic sites dotted along the coast. It is also home to some fantastic restaurants and traditional pubs serving local produce, including fresh seafood which comes into North Shields daily.
