KuwaitThe property was very clean and secure, I found the keyless entry particularly useful. The facilities within the property were excellent and the welcome pack was informative. The building looked well maintained and was close to a supermarket and shopping centre. All communication was quick and helpful throughout the booking.

Cotels are based in the heart of Milton Keynes and have been providing serviced apartments since 1997; so it’s no surprise that we’re quite good at it... The Team are located in the Cotels HQ 7Zero1 building where guests will find the Office/Reception, Secure 24 Hour Key Collection, The Zone and The Private Garden. At Cotels we go out of our way to get to know our guests in the aim of building trust with guests so they can stay in the confidence that they are at the centre of everything we do. However, we must admit that whilst we are very serious about delivering an excellent guest experience we are ‘terrible’ at doing cool corporate. At Cotels we are unashamedly authentic, hardworking and friendly: we want our guests to feel part of the Cotels family.
