  • Will be emigrating to UK and is now looking for temporary accommodation until I rent a place. Let say I book a 4 weeks stay, but able to rent a place in 2 weeks, will I be able to cancel the remaining 2 weeks booking?

Cotels are based in the heart of Milton Keynes and have been providing serviced apartments since 1997; so it’s no surprise that we’re quite good at it... The Team are located in the Cotels HQ 7Zero1 building where guests will find the Office/Reception, Secure 24 Hour Key Collection, The Zone and The Private Garden. At Cotels we go out of our way to get to know our guests in the aim of building trust with guests so they can stay in the confidence that they are at the centre of everything we do. However, we must admit that whilst we are very serious about delivering an excellent guest experience we are ‘terrible’ at doing cool corporate. At Cotels we are unashamedly authentic, hardworking and friendly: we want our guests to feel part of the Cotels family.

Cotels The HUB is the perfect location for business travellers who, after a hard day’s work, want to experience the hustle and bustle of city life. The apartments are modern city living; open-plan with contemporary furnishings; flooded with light through the floor to ceiling windows that also offer panoramic city and Piazza views. All apartments have Unlimited Wi-Fi and Flat Screen TVs to lounge & bedroom. Guests benefit from secure allocated underground parking, welcome pack with fresh milk and a weekly maid service with linen and towels.

The HUB Piazza; vibrant and trendy offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes. Centre:mk and INTU shopping centres are just a 10 min walk, another 5 mins will get you to the Theatre District and the Xscape with Snozone, cinema, restaurants and bars. Guests wanting to dine-in will find Sainsbury’s in the adjacent Vizion development. The ‘Fitness Space’ is at the south side of the Vizion development where Cotels’ guests are offered an exclusive 20% discount. Just across the road is 7Zero1 where Cotels’ HQ is located as well as the Secure 24hr Key Collection, the day-time reception and luggage store. Also home to The Zone an informal meeting place and meeting room with Wi-Fi; Refreshments and the location for guest social events.
