2 storey self contained apartment in the small village of sutton Bonington. very close to East Midlands airport and the university. surrounded by lovely country side for great walks with a country pub and shop within walking distance.located just outside loughborough 10 min drive for bigger shops.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen/ dining area with a separate toilet room to the ground floor. Upstairs again open plan living room area with big corner sofa, with a desk for working from. This then follows onto a space for a king size bed. The bathroom is hidden behind the bed wall and consists of a large shower and basin /toilet.

I am friendly and approachable host who has been using booking com for many years for stays. I currently work full time but would love to make hosting my full time job. I take great pleasure in hosting and strive to give my guests the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. There is normally someone on site at all times to resolve any issues.
The apartment is located down a private drive which leads to a court yard where the apartment is on the right. Parking is right outside the door and free of charge.
It has been freshly renovated and never used as a full time dwelling. It has a modern feel with a touch of luxury upstairs in the bedroom area. It has a great open spacious feel. Tv is smart so streaming is not an issue and wi fi included. Bathroom has a big shower basin and toilet and towels are provided and left on the bed for arrival. downstairs there is a fully kitted kitchen with a coffee machine. Also dining table to seat 2 and another sofa for relaxing can be found downstairs. flexible check in using key safe.
Sutton Bonington is a lovely quiet village which hosts 2 pubs and a village shop within walking distance. Great for countryside walks. East Midlands airport is only 6 miles away and East Midlands parkway only 4 miles. The Nottingham university Sutton Bonington campus is less then a mile from us. Nearest town is loughborough which has many eating options and takeaway services are available to the address.
