With panoramic views over the Ax Valley and Jurassic coast, Hills Farm Stays is located within a former 17th-century dairy farm and set in over 100 acres or private countryside. Each of the converted stone barns feature free WiFi, and individual designs and furnishings. An LCD TV and iPod docking station are also provided. Our stone holiday cottages have been renovated to the highest standards, offering a range of quiet and comfortable accommodations to suit all requirements. Hills Farm Stays has an on-site spa offering treatments including Crystal Clear and Elemis. Please note each 'One-Bedroom House' are rustic rooms so please look at the photos of these rooms for reference. They are specifically for a no-frills getaway and are not the same as the rest of the accommodations.
Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlor) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking.
Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival.
All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodations if above criteria has not been adhered too.
