“The bed was very comfortableand had extra pillows. The room we had was in the back at the top of the stairs and was very comfortable and quiet. We both slept very well. Breakfast was prepared for us each morning at the time we requested and was a full English breakfast. There were other choices as well. It was very convenient to the tube station. We chose it for its good reviews and proximity to the tube. Heathrow was very close. I would definitely stay again. The staff went out of their way to please us.”
