  • Do you have a lift , easy access for elderly, and walk in shower

    The Cromwell does not have a lift. We have fully sloped access from our car park down all the way through to our bar, however internally there are steps up into our restaurant and out the front door. Whilst we have limited ground floor rooms with walk-in showers that may be suitable for elderly, these rooms are not classed as accessible. Please note that not all of our rooms have walk in showers.

  • How far is the station from the Hotel please?

    It is an 11 minute walk and a 5 minute drive (1 mile).

  • Listed as Dog Friendly we booked for 13th June specifying we have a small well behaved dog. Confirmation came through saying pets are not allowed. I tried to phone you but had to leave a message as there was no reply. Please can you clarify the situation as we may have to cancel the booking.

    Weekdays breakfast is between 7 and 10, weekends breakfast is between 8 and 10. There will be a cooked breakfast and also a continental.

  • We have 2 adults and 1 child But the room says 1 bed Is there a bed for my child in the room

  • how accessible are the rooms from the reception, as my elderly mother has difficulty in walking. many thanks for your time with my query.
