“After using bookings.com to book, we decided to stay another night so I phoned the Crown to book. I requested a King sized bed, the lady I spoke to promised this. When we arrived the room only had the normal double bed, after raising the point with a staff member we were moved. This room had a normal double bed, but it was The Bridal Suit and it was lovely. Well done The Crown, great service.”
