The staff were exceptional. Helpful beyond what was necessary, professional, friendly and polite. We turned up for breakfast late but Maria and her colleagues made sure we didn't go without and went way beyond what was necessary. This was very much appreciated and really made a positive difference to our day. Check in staff and also night desk team were really helpful. The upgrade to balcony river-view was really appreciated. The atrium and breakfast area were lovely to arrive to, and a nice place to relax. The bed and bedroom were very comfortable. And the spa was very enjoyable. All in all a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff manner and attitude was what really made it special. Thank you.
