Size of the rooms, well equipped, clean, nice TV, plus the fact that the owner honoured my one-night booking for three rooms, made back in October 2019 and postponed because of Covid, despite the fact that he had had to change his booking policy to a minimum three-night stay because of the amount of work needed to clean each room after guests, again because of Covid.

The coastal path goes right through the car park so one could not be nearer to the beach / costal walks. The property itself had all the necessary facilities for self catering. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We were lucky with the weather so didn't stay in much but TV seemed pretty good and wifi was good too. Beach and pub literally 30 seconds walk - both excellent.

  • We are interested in 1 bedroom apartment on second floor with balcony. Are there any chairs to sit out on the balcony, also cant find the bedroom view and what the bathroom is like on the photos.

    Sorry I don't think so. Our local pub is very good for food and welcomes dogs but not open on Christmas Day. Apologies for the delay in replying - we have been away for a few days. Best wishes Mark Cottell Manager

  • When will this apartment be available for one person and one dog to book please?

  • We want to take our grown up children away and the idea of having separate aprtments is great but is there one which has a large enough living/dining area to accommodate all five of us for dinner at the same time?

    No sorry. All the one bedroom Suites have King or Double beds - we do have 3 Suites with two bedrooms though.

    Sorry, we don't have a lift. The surrounding area is very rustic and probably not suitable for a mobility scooter.

    Suite 5 has a double and twin bedroom - you can choose to use only one bedroom at a reduced rate. Suites 6 & 8 have double and single bedrooms so you could have separate rooms.

  • Hello would you allow three very well behaved dogs? We have a small boxer mix, a labrador and a smaller terrier. The first two are very old so sleep all day, little one very calm dog. Thank you.

    We welcome one or two well behaved dog in most our Suites Suites 2 and 3 are the largest with French doors opening onto a small garden area and then on through the front gate and on to the dunes. Suites 1& 4 are have all the same facilities but are a little smaller and don't have the views, although this is reflected in the price. Suites 5& 6 are two bedroomed Suites with large balconies overlooking the sea. Suites 7 & 8 are on the top floor and are not really suitable for dogs We make a one off charge for your dog of £15 to cover the extra cleaning required. Located on the blue flag beach at Port Eynon with views to die for. Direct access to the beach, Sea views from the upper floors (5,6,7 & 8). Suites 2 & 3 open through french doors onto a small south facing garden area looking across to the dunes. A well behaved dog is welcome by arrangement in Suites 1-6 . There is a cleaning fee. Scandinavian style modern comfort big screen TVs and free WiFi all at super prices with great flexibility for short stays.

Port Eynon boasts a large sheltered sandy bay ideal for swimming and beach games. Rock pools provide homes for lots of marine life and are great fun for children of all ages! Lifeguards patrol the beach in the summer. Superb village pub ( The Ship Inn) with locally brewed beer and great food open all year round - dogs are welcome in the Bar. Open during the main season are the sea front cafe, fish and chips, coffee shop and beach shop selling clothing. equipment and toys. The Smugglers Beach Bar and Kitchen also offers food in the season. Paddle boards are available for Hire. The Welsh Coastal Path runs right through our car park. Turn right and you can walk all the way to Liverpool, turn left and you can walk to Chepstow - not a challenge taken up by many of our Guests ! Beyond our village the Gower Peninsula, offers a variety of accessible countryside and beaches. From the breathtaking Rhossili cliffs to the peaceful woodland of Cwm Ivy. Explore secluded beaches such as Mewslade and Pwll Du or wander along the promenade past the colourful beech huts at Langland bay and dine at the wonderful Brasserie overlooking the sea..
