The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, directly next to Kings Cross. There are plenty of stores and restaurants around. The hotel provided adapters for sockets which was a very nice touch. There were also tea and hot chocolate in the room. The rooms were very clean.

Great location and only a short walk to Kings Cross . The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was hot and it was nice to have toiletries available. The bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Would certainly consider staying again.

Good location zone 1 few meters away from the train, bus and subway stations. Hotel is renovated and clean. Super friendly staff always there to help. All day reseption. Rooms are warm with regulation possibility. We stayed very satisfied with our choice to accommodate. Highly recommend for this money value !

As this was a bargain price I wasn’t expecting a lot but was hoping for somewhere clean and comfy. This is exactly what we got. The room is a little dated (bathroom especially) but it was spotless . Beds were clean and could tell freshly laundered. Towels etc all provided and was very pleased. It got very warm in the room so I’d recommend buying the water from reception (no bar/restaurant on site) when checking in. Super close to St Pancras, staff lovely and welcoming with clear information about locks and reception opening times as well as how to contact if an emergency when reception not open. Great little place. Will stay again

The Room was super comfy and very well cleaned. Staff was really welcoming, polite, nice & very helpful. The location is very quiet especially during night, so it is very nice for those who wants to travel to a place were they can rest their minds. Believe me it's worth it. The hotel was very close to almost everything, for example Train station, burger king & costa coffee are 1 minute away from the hotel. I highly recommend it.

The location is fantastic, both for the trips around London and for the Luton airport trains. The staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The room was small (as could be expected in Lonedon), but nice and clean. It is possibel to leave baggage at the reception before check in and after check out, which was superb.

The hotel is in a great safe location, near St Pancras International, King's Cross Station with Euston Station a few minutes away. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. They also offer luggage storage services. As its an old council house, local regulations do not permit an additional structure like an elevator to be added. However, the hotel staff generously offered to help with my luggage up 2 floors. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with facilities needed, including kettle, coffee and tea which I truly appreciate. The area has lots of eateries around. Would definitely come back to stay.
