From arriving to leaving the entire experience was brilliant, the actual facility is beautifully appointed and has a really cool, chilled feel about it. The room was perfect, smelt fresh with a lovely scent, great bed and pillows and incredibly clean. The staff were just superb, there were plenty of them too and super attentive, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great with the same attention to detail, welcome and service - no queuing or waiting. We have recently been to a 5 star property in London, a famous spot just off the strand, but without doubt the standard of service from the team at the Dakota was significantly better and we can’t praise them enough, exceeded expectations from start to finish - thank you very much.

  • hoping to book a room for 2 adults and 1 child for the 20th July and wondered if it’s possible to have a roll out bed rather than 2 separate rooms
