Excellent B&B with very friendly and helpful staff. Room and breakfast were lovely and the owners very kindly allowed us to check out late as we were attending a wedding later that day. Was so kind to accommodate us!

The bedroom was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was exceptional; the underfloor heating very cosy and the whole room was spotlessly clean. We were really happy with the facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly with all our questions, and at breakfast each morning we were served promptly and with friendliness. We also had a beautiful view of the river Dee from our window which we loved. We can’t fault the comfort and service at this hotel and feel it was well worth the money.

Peaceful location, handy for Aberdeen and access to wider area. Clean and comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Easy to park and friendly helpful owner/staff. In room continental style breakfast (a cooked breakfast would have been nice).

Having been to this hotel several times up to 2008 when we left the uk I was concerned that it may not be as good as I remembered. I can happily say that the staff, service, general ambience and food were all as good as ever.

Comfortable stay in a rural property. We saw dolphins when out walking near the house. Resident peacocks were beautiful.
