“The Manager on Duty Mr Khalili was very accommodating in his promptness of replies and also in assisting with date changes. Any hotel which is willing to accommodate guest requests which are reasonable such as change of dates or room preference gives it a better edge over others and hence clients are always willing to return to the property.”

“The hotel was a good value for the money, about 50% of the price of central London. It was easy to travel to and from Heathrow on the subway, but travel to the airport was made a little inconvenient by handling luggage on a flight of stairs at the station. It was also easy to reach central London from this same station, but it did take about 40 minutes each way. Works well if you go in and out of London once a day.”

“Room was perfect for me. Quiet part of hotel overlooking car park which was great as after all night flight I needed to sleep. Bathroom spotless and spacious. Two comfy pillows on the bed. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Tea and coffee in room. Just a few meters from Hounslow. Central tube station. Without a car much more convenient than hotels along. Bath Road near Heathrow. Very diverse part of London but this should not put you off if you are wanting to be close to Heathrow.”
