Parking is very good as it is at the front of the building The bedroom was spacious there was a single and a double bed in the room, an area to hang clothes up along with coffee facilities/ TV . The bathroom has a bath - shower over the bath if you prefer. Everything was very clean.

Seemed fresh I.e. walls recently painted perhaps; fresh modern grey/blackout curtains; sweet fresh grey wall lampshades; excellent beds, pillows, duvets; all white sheets, cases and duvets & bathroom towels also seemed fresh/new. Pet friendly. Family loved their stay so much we extended it.

    it depends on rooms being available to check in to. Normally we can accommodate a 10am arrival if a room is clean at that point
