The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Pre-authorization: We will take a £100 pre-authorization transaction per room. This is only a hold on £100 from your account for the duration of your stay and it is then released back to your account within 3-5 business days*. We do not accept cash deposits; it must only be on a valid credit or debit card in the guests’ name. If someone else is making your booking and is paying for your booking and wishes to be responsible for your security deposit, we will need an email confirmation from the cardholder, in advance.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £18 per pet, per (night/stay) applies. Also £100 pre-authorization per stay. This only a holding transaction and will be reversed once checked out.
