Rooms well decorated and comfortable. Lovely showers and great to see refillable toiletries rather than single use plastic! Rooms also well sound insulated, couldn’t hear any noise from the pub downstairs.

We enjoyed our short break at the Dog and Fox because it was ideally situated for us, close to The Common, restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean and well decorated and the outside area was a lovely place to relax in the evenings with a cool drink The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were lovely, beautifully cooked and such a variety of choice.

    There is a lift in the hotel. If you require a room with a lift access, please contact the reception team. There are no hotel bedrooms on the ground floor.
