Lovely chalet, people, in a perfect position to explore the area around Fort William. We enjoyed great weather so spent a lot of time on the beach at Arasaig ,a beautiful spot. We had a great relaxing week and would definitely recommend/ go back to Dontra chalet!

The view of Ben Nevis was excellent. I walked to the summit of Ben Nevis during the week (along the 'Tourist Path' route, which can be tough going if you're not used to it!) and the view was outstanding. Get up their yourself, I'd highly recommend it. Wear suitable footwear/clothing and take plenty of water to drink! It was nice and cosy in the chalet and we all slept well. There are various supermarkets to buy groceries etc nearby. *I would highly recommend the Chef and Brewer restaurant in Fort William (near the Morrisons supermarket) for an evening meal. It was so good, we went back a second time! The West Highland Museum in the town centre (in Cameron Square) is well worth a look (we learned a lot about the area and its history. It is free to enter too.)!
