Friendly staff and central to most things that Liverpool as to offer in a City location.
United KingdomBreakfast lovely, the room was stunning, the spa area was just what we needed & exceeded our expectations. The hotel is situated in a prime location in the city centre & we left on Sunday feeling refreshed & reenergized.

United KingdomThe staff was helpful and kind when we arrived; and after we checked in they gave us a cookie each, which was great because we’ve been driving for a long time, it was a nice touch, (wish they would have ask for allergies and had more kinds of cookies, because they had nuts and not all of us could eat them). The bar was good, and breakfast was nice. The room was clean and well kept, the bathroom was spacious. It’s a good location, near the bars, in particular The Cavern Club, which we all wanted to visit.

There was a workout facility that I would have lived to have taken more advantage of! I also enjoyed the classic architecture, which included our own in room gargoyles!
