Spacious space. Kitchen separate from bedroom/lounge. Modem amenities. Beautiful garden.
CanadaIt was a lovely setting and nice and quiet with very comfortable beds
United KingdomA wonderful Victorian farmhouse set in a working farm that does all it can to encourage wildlife. In the immaculate gardens we saw hares, deer, owl , and woodpeckers ; not to mention the huge mix of birds at the feeder and butterflies galore. We also had an evening murmuring of starlings and rooks. It was nature at a level not seen in the southeast for 30 years or more. The Dog House ( apartment) was spacious for two and a Labrador, with all one needed for a weeks relaxation. We ate in on two evenings, and coped well with the kitchen. A couple of local pubs proved more than adequate for the other evenings. The location was great being close to the broads, the coast, and the river Waverley. We were spoiled for choice when it came to dog walks. Bobby proved to be a great host, and gave us tips re the area. If we go back to the area we shall definitely try to book the Dog House again.
United KingdomLovely quiet location, clean and comfortable with friendly host.
United KingdomThe location was perfect for easy access to Bungay, Beccles and the Broads. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and the accommodation was really peaceful and relaxing with stunning gardens. We took our bikes and Bobby the host discussed possible routes and we followed her recommendation and had a great ride out. The bikes were secured in a locked building overnight for peace of mind. There was a good off road route to avoid busy roads. We didn't really use the kitchen that much as we ate out but it appeared to have everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Bed linen was beautiful and the room was really comfortable and full of character. The Three Rivers boat hire (kayak, canoe, paddle board) and the pub at Geldeston Lock are well worth a visit
United KingdomWe stayed in the Doghouse and it looks out over the farm. It is really lovely if you like peace and nature, there are hare's and owls nearby. The flat is very comfy and well equipped. We would love to come back!
United KingdomVery clean , comfortable apartment in a very very quiet location. So if your looking for a relaxed quiet place then I would recommend. It's situated on the A143 so in a great place to start exploring Suffolk & Norfolk. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
United KingdomGreat country location to explore the Broads. Good value for money for a self catering short break. Well appointed studio flat (kitchen, shower room, bedroom with small sitting area) = all we needed for a weekend away. Clean and comfortable, if you are going to be out most of the time
KenyaWe had a lovely short break staying in the Pig Sty at Earsham farm. The accomodation had everything we needed - very comfortable. Nice rural setting and a lovely view out over the property.
United KingdomLovely relaxing few days. Accommodation is great and really quiet and peaceful despite being on a working farm. There is a gorgeous garden with interesting sculptures. Hosts were lovely and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely love to go back and do some more walking.

In the middle of a working farm, surrounded by gardens and fields. There are lots of walks from the door and maps are available for guests. We are very wildlife friendly.and there is great birdwatching. Simon won British Pig `farmer of the year 2014
I am a very keen gardener and love all things to do with plants. I also am a sculptor, creating all sorts of things mostly animal, which can be spotted around the house and garden. I also spend a lot of time training my dog, but just for fun now.
This is a very rural location. We never really worry about security, as we are half a mile from the road and the house is very visible. We have lived here for more than 25yrs and had very few problems. We are not walking distance from the local town, but we are walking distance from loads of wildlife, birdwatching from your apartment and walking out into the countryside from your door. The Waveney River Study centre is about half a mile away. A Suffolk cycle route goes past the bottom of our drive, bicycles and canoes on the river can be hired nearby. Bungay is a quaint old town, not at all touristy, but with lots of good quality shops and eateries. It takes about half an hour in the car to reach the coast or Norwich. Our region has the highest sunshine record for the UK. There are gardens and houses to visit, famous Southwold to explore and lots more.We are right at the southern tip of the Broads National Park
