    Yes we do allow pets in all of our rooms. There is a fee for this which is payable on arrival. Currently £10 per night. Many Thanks.

  • Hello, We want to book a room for a night next Tuesday. My partner has slight walking issues so we need a ground floor if possible. We would also like a sea view. Can you help please?

    Our Sea View rooms are situated on the top floor so not ideal with anyone with mobility issues. Try our Deluxe King Four Poster Beach Front with views across the green towards the beach.

    Yes we allow dogs in all rooms. The charge for the dog stay is £10 per night.

  • My husband will be working as a locum GP in LIttlehampton week commencing 12th April. Will he be allowed to stay as otherwise he will have a 120 mile journey each way. Is any food available for him? Also would I be able to stay with him.

    He will be allowed to stay and we provide a room service continental breakfast. We do have a communal microwave and fridge in our lounge with crockery and cutlery. Unfortunately the guidelines state that those staying for work must travel alone

  • We are thinking of booking 7 rooms plus the studio accommodating 12 adults (a family get together) in early November. Pls confirm you have a dining area for us to have breakfast and if so without sounding cheeky - do you have facilities for us to use this room of an evening to eat takeaways & lounge

  • Looking to book a leisure trip for the 16th April 2021, are the rooms that are available to select the rooms available? Just a bit confused

    Our Home Suite Beach Front is self catering and can be booked for leisure stays from 12th April onwards. This can be combined with our Deluxe Super King/Twin room. All other guest rooms are available for leisure stays from 17th May onwards

    Leisure guests can book our self catering Home Suite Beach Front from 12th April which can be combined with our Deluxe Super King/Twin Room. All other rooms are available for leisure bookings from 17th May onwards.

    TV's are various sizes, the TV in the King Four Poster Sea View is 32" Smart TV. Breakfast is a room service continental with freshly baked pastries & fresh fruit,

  • Hi, we will be travelling in an electric car, is it ok to charge it overnight. We would Just need access to a standard outside socket. Thanks.

    We do not have an external point for charging cars. The closest points are St Martins Car Park in Littlehampton, Sainsbury's in Rustington or Morrisons in Wick.
