Location in terms of ease of travel into central London was fantastic. During the day it's a lovely stroll through a park to get to the flat and super easy to collect the keys from the shop. I had thought it might be noisy with kids but we didn't hear a peep from anyone. Once inside the property it's really lovely and clean. Lovely to open the windows as you're upstairs, the back overlooks a nice green space too. I had an excellent night's sleep each night. At night the flats are really well lit outside and there are two entrance options depending on which side you access the building from.
