  • What time is the check in and out? If I arrive a bit early, is there any place to put my luggage until the check in time? thanks

    Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 10:30am. If you arrive before check-in time, you can store your luggage at our reception. The luggage storage is free before the check-in. It costs £2 after check-out.

  • Can you book in before 2pm. As we need to be at an event that starts earlier.

  • if i book one room does it mean i have to share a room with someone ? and i dont have any id with me only work badge which has my old picture will it be a problem ?
