    All of the internal photos are of Echo House. There are two lounges, one adjacent to the kitchen and another at the front of the house.

Property info

With four bedrooms and plenty of living space, Echo House is ideal for to up six guests. A comprehensively equipped kitchen is open plan with the dining area and living room, complete with a cosy central fire and a piano as well as a large TV and music system. A separate living room at the front of the house is available too, also with an open fire - perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. The principal bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite shower room. The second contains a super king sized bed which can be configured to two singles. The third bedroom has a 4 foot large single bed, and the fourth a standard single. A maximum of six adults can be accommodated. In addition to the ensuite shower room, there is a family bathroom containing bath and overhead shower, and a ground floor shower room. PLEASE NOTE THIS HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS. Where a booking is made for up to four guests there is an automatic low occupancy discount applied, which means that the two single bedrooms will not be available. If you require all four bedrooms for a group of four people or fewer, please let us know so that we can adjust the payment due on the booking.

Close to Pulborough and the RSPB Pulborough Brooks, Echo House enjoys an excellent South Downs location and offers wonderful walks right from its doorstep. Head four miles towards Storrington and the imposing Parham House is well worth a visit, or travel northwest from Pulborough to visit Petworth House and the historic town of Petworth, filled with quaint shops and tea rooms - a wonderful place to explore!
