These 4 star apartments offer a peaceful retreat within a short distance from the city centre. There is free on-site car parking and there is a local bus service, that is situated a couple of minutes walk away from the apartments, which takes you to the city centre and the main street of Edinburgh, Princes Street. There is also a 24 hour Asda supermarket within a few minutes walk from the apartments which can provide all your needs for cooking in the kitchens in our apartments.

Hot-el-apartments Edinburgh Waterfront accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Please note that for advance purchase reservations, the pre-authorisation on a card would be due at the time of check-in. Guests must have a valid debit card or credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so, may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in.
The total for the booking is due at reception at the time of check-in. For Advance Purchase bookings the total will be taken at the time of booking. At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking.
Reception is on the ground floor in the Waterfront Cafe. This is where you check in and pick up your keys. Late check-in is available with an on-call service via the main office number (option 3) after 20:00.
Extra beds requested are sofa beds.
All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
This property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties, and parties are not allowed.
Towels and bed linen are changed once a week for stays of 7 days or more. For bookings under 7 days stay, this service will not be offered.
All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children). A photographic driver's licence/passport would be required to show at check-in. The hotel will not accept bookings in which guests are under 21.
