Calm and peaceful setting on country farm. Visitors lounge and use of patio enhance your stay and the breakfasts are wonderful. Our room overlooked the countryside so a perfect setting for us.
United KingdomThis was our first visit to Elms Farm and we were not disappointed. We had a lovely welcome with Rose who made us tea/coffee & homemade cake on arrival, all served in the beautiful garden in the sunshine. The location is great, very peaceful & tranquil yet not too far from beautiful places like Bourton, Stow, Broadway & Stratford. Breakfast was cooked fresh with plenty of choice. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. We’ll definitely stay there if we’re ever in the Cotswolds again.
United KingdomFriendly helpful hosts; well appointed, clean, comfortable accommodation; excellent breakfast; quiet location; off street parking. Everything I could possibly want. Recommended.
United KingdomLovely homely working farm in a beautiful location, relaxed atmosphere. Rose & Martyn made us feel very welcome & told us all about their farming life, they even had a little pool for us to cool off in after a long walk over Winchcombe Way. Beautiful view from our window watching the sheep & super comfortable bed 😁
United KingdomLovely B&B on a working farm. Fantastic location and Martin & Rose are superb hosts. Comfortable room, yummy cooked breakfast, very relaxing stay. Will be booking again next time we visit the Cotswolds.

Modern tradionally built farmhouse on a working farm set in the heart of the Cotswolds, within in easy distance from Winchcombe and Sudeley Castle, Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden and other cotswold villages. Guests are welcomed with tea/coffee and homemade cake/biscuits which can be served in the lounge or, on nice days, out in the garden. Why not take the opportunity to enjoy the countryside by taking one of the many walking routes in the area. The area also offers great photo opportunities . As well as ample parking we can offer secure storage for cycles, motorbikes, classic cars etc . For those competing at Prescot Hill Climb there is also space for trailer parking . Please be aware that we have limited public transport and a car is essential. The nearest pub/restaurant is 1 mile from the farm
Working on the farm keeps us really busy and we encourage guests to look around and ask us about our farming enterprise. When spare time allows I enjoy walking and happy to lead guests in guided walks in the immediate area
We are surrounded by beautiful undulating countryside with many walking routes . Close to the saxon town of Winchcombe and the historic Sudeley Castle there are plenty of old cotswold villages and churches to visit. The historic city of Gloucester and its docks are only a short driving distance away or visit one of the varied farm shops for coffee.
