Barbara did some changes in the room setup which I didn't ask for ahead - many thanks! The attitude, the breakfast - just like being a guest of the family. It's also a short walking distance from the center and the Cowes Yacht Haven. A very comfortable and clean room, with a very nice shower and bathroom outside the room (but still private).

Within 10 minutes’ walk of the East and West Cowes ferry terminals, Endeavor House provides luxurious bed and breakfast on the Isle of Wight’s northern coast. This guest house offers free on-site parking and Wi-Fi. Each room is elegantly furnished and has its own en suite or private bathroom, with bath or shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. All rooms have a TV, wardrobe and alarm clock. Endeavor House is a 5-minute walk from Cowes Maritime Museum, and Queen Victoria’s former home Osborne House is a 40-minute walk away, on the opposite side of the River Medina. High-speed ferries from Cowes reach Southampton in around 25 minutes.

Cowes is one of the world’s greatest yachting meccas and hosts several prestigious annual events in addition to Cowes Week. Apart from sailing there are many other events and activities available elsewhere on the Isle of Wight. It is a walker’s paradise with nearly half of it designated as an area of Natural Beauty. The annual walking festival is the largest in the UK. Other popular activities include cycling, the music festivals, power boating and the steam railway and many other attractions.
