“We were met with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was a good size, with very comfortable beds, plump pillows and warm duvets. Tea and coffee-making facilities were an unexpected bonus. The windows had blinds and curtains to ensure a good nights' sleep. The bathroom was very clean with good quality fittings, and one of those large square shower heads. Towels were spotless. Breakfast was included - "Continental" and cooked breakfast available, in a pleasant room with friendly staff. We were very impressed by this hotel and will be staying here again on future trips to London.”
