The proximity to the airport of course and the price! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The shower was very good as well. Close to the departure at the airport and we were able to drop off our luggage with Jet 2 the day before.

we arrived at birmingham airport at 1 20 am arrived at the hotel around 2am booked in no problem then went up to our room. the only thing i would say was a negative in my view was what there was only one carton of milk for each of us, meaning we could only have one drink each without going to reception to get more.
