Friendly reception team, nice breakfast, clean and pleasant stay, close to car park.
United KingdomI was very impressed with my overall stay in Holiday Inn Express Newcastle. Front of house, specifically Andrew, were absolutely fantastic, informative and polite and really made a wonderful first impression when coming into the hotel. As for the room, it was spotless, and had a very comfortable bed. Large clean bathroom with shower and toilet with all amenities provided towels, shampoo etc.. Free breakfast as well as free tea/coffee were also available between 7 and 10a.m. You really are getting five star service and facilities on a one star budget. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in Newcastle. Thanks again folks!
