Our comfortable and spacious apartment is in a very convenient location just a short 15min walk to the centre of the market town of Bury with great transport links including the Manchester Metrolink. It's the perfect base for exploring and it is ideal for up to four guests. NOTE: The building doesn't have a lift. It is one floor above ground. Bright Bedroom: The apartment boasts a bright king size bedroom featuring a comfortable bed for you to sink into after a long days sightseeing. There is a convenient wardrobe and writing desk also within the bedroom. Modern Bathroom: There is a bathroom with a large walk in shower with excellent water pressure. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries. Towels are provided. Sociable Living Area: The apartment has a comfortable and open plan living/dining/kitchen which is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofas watching your favourite shows on the large TV or enjoying a meal prepared in the well equipped kitchen. There is a double sofa bed available meaning that the apartment can comfortably sleep up to four guests. Sofa bed linen will be provided if guests will book for 3-4 guests. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning products) upon arrival. Parking: You may park for free with no restrictions on some of the roads around the apartment, just check signs for details. Please ensure you are not parking in the car park directly opposite the property and you may be clamped. Access: The property has a self-check-in and check-out process so that you can come and go at your leisure. We are available throughout your stay, and we work with a fantastic concierge service which means that we are available 24-7 to help with any queries or provide recommendations on restaurants or places to visit.

The apartment is located in the beautiful market town of Bury which was awarded Greater Manchester Town of Culture in 2020. Its just a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre where there are some lovely bars, restaurants and coffee shops and things to see and do. The Rock development has a range of retail and leisure destinations including a fantastic cinema. From Bury town centre there are regular trams into the vibrant city of Manchester to visit the many museums, art galleries and sporting venues. The apartment is also an excellent base for going out and exploring the countryside. Nearby Ramsbottom is beautiful and Two Brooks Valley is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Many guests have enjoyed a day out visiting the East Lancashire Railway. We are situated just 2 minute drive from Junction 2 of the M66 and the Manchester Metrolink (Tram) is a 10-15 minute walk away linking you to Manchester City Centre and the rest of the tram network.
