Fairleas Farm is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property situated in the beautiful Durham Dales. The closest village to the farm is Daddry Shield which is a 4 minute walk from the property. In Daddry Shield there is a variety of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as a variety of beautiful and peaceful walks. Killhope Lead Mining Museum is also only a short distance away and is a great day out whilst in the area. On entry to the cottage is an entry hallway with a shower room and to the right is a large open kitchen with a farmhouse table and aga. Off to the left of the entry hall is a large open fireplace with cosy seating and a tv for everyone to relax. Upstairs are four bedrooms, master bedroom with an ensuite, a second double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom so the property comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. There are three bathrooms in the property one has a bath, two have a shower and they all have a sink and a toilet. The property also benefits from having a large back garden which guests can access through the patio doors in the lounge. There is enough parking space for 3 cars on the driveway in front of the property. Please note a maximum of two pets are allowed to stay at this property at an additional charge for the duration of your stay.
