I booked very late and expected an ok experience as I didn’t know the hotel and it looked a bit basic. However, the staff were great, the room was very clean and everything worked well. I was worried about the breakfast being delivered to the room, but the bacon and egg bap was fantastic!! It is more of an business type hotel midweek I suspect and the room didn’t have any frills, but I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is excellent very close to the amenities of Leyland yet secluded enough for you to think you are in the countryside . Close to the motorway but not so you can hear it . Our room was spotless ! The service was fantastic . Paul at reception went above and beyond , nothing was too much trouble . Will definitely be staying there again . This is a gem of a hotel .

The staff were as helpful as possible having to work within the Corona virus restrictions, cooked breakfast was delivered to our room. very accommodating and friendly staff The grounds were well maintained we had a happy dog and our 3 nights were very peaceful. We highly recommend itand its' convenient location. We will be staying there again.

    Good afternoon Dogs are allow in the lounge area. We provide dog beds, dog bowls, and sausage for breakfast. We have lovely grounds to walk around and we are right next to a park.

  • Hello Where do dogs go when breakfast is being served? Thank you

    Currently we offer a grab bag breakfast delivered to your room, dogs will remain in your room, Please note there is only a limited number of executive rooms where we accept dogs. The dog charge is £15 a night. Thank you for your enquiry.

  • Hello I want a exter large bed I want to know which room has a shower only please.

    Good Evening, All of our Executive Rooms have showers separate to the baths but none have just a shower in them. We do have a room that has a wet room that is used for disabled access if that is what you are looking for. Thank you
