“We had an executive room but on a cold January day, the radiator in the room wasn't working. The lady on Reception was super helpful and as she couldn't fix the problem, we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a four poster bed. The bed was huge and so comfortable, we had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. Water was piping hot and there was lots of it. We had dinner in the restaurant that evening and it was really good quality food, well presented and at a very affordable price.Breakfast was equally delicious. we couldn't fault the service from all the staff we encountered. Thank you. We will definitely be back!”
